These terms are for organisations and visitors to the platform, not for patients. If you are booking a consultation or ordering treatment, the terms that apply to you are your pharmacy's own, on its website.

01About these terms

These terms apply when you use Saha's platform website — this page, the platform homepage and the pages linked from its header and footer — and when your organisation talks to us about joining Saha.

If your organisation goes live on Saha, the service it receives is set out in a written agreement between your organisation and Saha Care Ltd. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

02Who we are

Saha is provided by Saha Care Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16807502), based in Preston, Lancashire. You can reach us at support@saha.co.uk or through our contact page.

03What Saha provides

Saha is an online clinic platform for pharmacies, optometry practices and online clinics. Depending on the modules an organisation uses, it provides ready-made clinical services, a branded website and storefront, AI-supported triage and consultations, online payments, and governance tools.

Not every module or service is available to every organisation, and we describe some as in development or in early access. What your organisation receives is what its agreement says.

04Who is responsible for care

Saha Care Ltd provides the platform. The pharmacy, practice or clinic using Saha is the provider of care to its patients: its registered professionals make every clinical decision, it dispenses, supplies or treats, and it holds its own registrations with its own regulators.

Each organisation's superintendent or clinical lead accepts every version of a service before it goes live. See our regulatory status for who is responsible for what.

05How Saha uses AI

AI on Saha prepares and coordinates; a registered professional decides. Anything the AI prepares is marked as decision support. It never:

  • Diagnose, prescribe, or decide eligibility or urgency
  • Queue an emergency instead of directing it to 999 or NHS 111
  • Advertise prescription-only medicines to the public
  • Ask for card details, passwords or NHS login details in chat
  • Use identifiable patient data to train AI models
  • Replace your system of record without an assured integration

06Joining Saha

Joining starts with a conversation, not a self-serve sign-up. Before your organisation goes live we check your premises, company, superintendent and clinicians against the public registers, and agree in writing what Saha will provide.

Talking to us, booking a discovery call or trying the demo does not commit your organisation to anything.

07Demos and examples

The demo, triage story and screenshots on our platform pages use synthetic cases. They show how the platform works; they are not clinical advice and do not describe a real patient.

08Using this website

Please do not:

  • try to gain access to parts of the platform you are not authorised to use;
  • interfere with the website's security or operation, or introduce malicious code;
  • copy or scrape the website's content for commercial use without our permission;
  • submit someone else's details, or a patient's health information, through our enquiry forms.

09Intellectual property

The Saha name, logo, website, software and content belong to Saha Care Ltd or its licensors. Your organisation's own name, branding and content remain yours.

10Our liability

The information on our platform pages is for organisations deciding whether Saha is right for them. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not a substitute for the terms of your agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
