    Available hrt products

From Evorel Sequi to Bijuve a plain English guide to licensed HRT products in the UK.

    Patches

Evorel Sequi (sequential) and Evorel Conti (continuous) deliver estrogen + progesterone through the skin. Worn 1–2x weekly. Good for those who want simple schedules and fewer pills.

    Gels & sprays

Oestrogel (pump) and Sandrena (sachet) offer flexible estrogen dosing. Lenzetto is a once-daily spray quick-drying and convenient. Great for personalised dosing and fewer systemic side effects.

    Tablets

Femoston (1/10, 2/10) and Bijuve offer combined HRT orally. Best for those who prefer tablets and don't tolerate patches well.

    Progesterone options

Utrogestan is a body-identical oral progesterone taken alongside estrogen. Also used vaginally in some cases. Mirena coil delivers progesterone locally and doubles as contraception.

    Vaginal treatments

Vagifem, Ovestin, Imvaggis provide local estrogen for dryness, discomfort, and bladder issues low risk and safe for most, even post-breast cancer with clinician advice.

    The takeaway

From patches to pessaries, HRT isn't one-size-fits-all. The best option is the one that fits your needs and we'll help you get there.

"Choosing the right product is about your lifestyle, your symptoms, and your safety. We'll help you make it make sense."
